Hi, I’m Gwen. I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.

 

I specialize in therapeutic massage – combining deep tissue and Swedish techniques to help clients relax and reset their nervous system. I come alongside my clients to help them achieve their goals, whether that’s pain relief, greater mobility, improved body functionality, stress relief, or simply relaxation.
