One room. Two ways to reset.
Whether you want to sweat it out, cool down, or do a mix of both—this space is yours.
What You Get:
A private room with full access to:
- Infrared Sauna
- Cold Plunge
- Shower
How It Works:
You book the time, and choose your flow:
✅ Infrared Sauna only
✅ Cold plunge only
✅ Or move between both (this is called Contrast Therapy)
Everyone uses the space differently. Some guests stay in the sauna the full time. Others go back and forth between sauna and plunge a few times. It’s your session—use it your way.

FAQ
Our cold plunge is commercial-grade and built for consistent, hygienic use. It features ozone purification and a high-efficiency filtration system that runs 24/7 to keep the water clean, clear, and safe. We monitor water quality daily to maintain the highest standards.
Cold Plunge – Most people stay in for 1 to 3 minutes per round, depending on their comfort level. If you’re new to cold exposure, start slow—even 30 seconds is a great place to begin.
Infrared Sauna – Typical sauna sessions range from 15 to 30 minutes, but you can stay in for up to 45 minutes total, depending on your comfort level.
We recommend wearing a swimsuit or spandex-style shorts—something you’re comfortable getting wet. You’ll have fresh towels in the room before beginning your session.
A great place to start is 15–20 minutes in the sauna, followed by 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge. Most people repeat this 2–3 times during their session—but it’s totally up to you. Whether you book 30, 45, or 60 minutes, you can move at your own pace and create a routine that feels right for your body.
Our plunge is kept between 48°F and 55°F
Traditional saunas heat the air vs. the body directly. Infrared heat deeply penetrates human tissue and is seven times more effective than traditional saunas at detoxifying the body. Our infrared sauna reaches temperatures between 120°F and 150°F
Our HaloSauna™ uses ultra-low EMF and ELF infrared technology, designed to keep exposure well below safety thresholds. The EMF levels are below 1mg when tested directly on the heater, and where you sit, the EMF levels are nearly 0mg. The ELF levels are 3 – 5 times below the threshold of concern.
