After spending 7 largely sedentary years in corporate and academic atmospheres feeling stiff, tired, and sore, I have come to fully appreciate the rejuvenation and wellness massage brings to life. I began my professional pursuit in massage in 2013, and have enjoyed helping people feel their best ever since. I am a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of Indiana Massage College in Carmel, Indiana. I also hold a certification in massage cupping technique from ACE institute.
