Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 12hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service.
Reschedule or cancel upcoming appointments by visiting the cancellation links listed in appointment emails and SMS reminders. Call us at 317-288-0929 if you need to cancel or reschedule the same day as services scheduled.
All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the session time will be reduced accordingly and paid full price. If a client is more than 30 minutes late, we may require the appointment to be rescheduled, and will be considered a cancellation. When our schedule allows, we will accommodate as much time as possible.
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation for your appointment at the time of booking. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service.

Gift cards are available in any amount and may be purchased at our location, website, or by phone at 317-288-0929. All gift cards are non-refundable. We do not accept external gift cards, including SpaFinder, SpaWeek, and SpaWish.
Upon arrival, let us know you are paying with a gift card so you don’t have to wait for us to redeem, and you can maintain your Zen after your session.
